There is a €10,000 reservation fee to block the apartment, initiating the due diligence period (typically 2-4 weeks). After this period, the Promissory Sales and Purchase Agreement (PSPA) is signed, followed by several installments depending on the project’s complexity and construction phase.

Instead of a traditional management fee, serviced apartments typically operate under a revenue-sharing model. Ando covers the majority of the costs, and the revenue is split between the owner and Ando.
